Mexican Train Dominoes: Double 18

About Mexican Train Dominoes: Double 18

Mexican Train is a popular domino game played with a Double 18 set, offering a fun and engaging experience for players of all ages. The game can be enjoyed by 2 to 12 players, making it ideal for family gatherings, game nights, or casual get-togethers. Its name comes from the unique "train" feature, which allows players to build their personal trains of dominoes while contributing to the central "Mexican Train." The goal of the game is to be the first player to play all your dominoes or to have the lowest score when the game ends. Players take turns matching dominoes end-to-end, following numerical sequences. Strategic moves and the use of special markers add an exciting twist, as players can block opponents or extend their own trains. Mexican Train is easy to learn but offers plenty of depth, making it appealing to both beginners and experienced players. With the Double 18 set, the game introduces more tiles and longer rounds, providing an extended and more challenging version of this classic favorite. —description from the publisher
