The Legends of Andor: The Distant Land is a cooperative fantasy-adventure game in which a band of heroes—dwarf, wizard, archer, or warrior—embark on seven epic legends set across the mysterious “distant land” in search of a lost civilization. As a Hungarian edition, it includes exclusive promo content (Mhōurl) but retains the immersive storytelling and tense exploration of the original.
Players take turns planning actions within a shared “day,” where movement and combat each cost precious hours tracked on a time track. These decisions carry real weight: every action uses time, and if heroes run out of time or fail to complete goals before nightfall, the mission is lost. At the end of each day, events unfold—monsters advance, scenarios change, and the legend progresses through delicate narrative pacing.
Each legend introduces new challenges, requiring tactical coordination, efficient time management, and adaptability. The modular board and scenario cards change the landscape and narrative with each chapter. Victory lies in completing the legend’s objectives within the time limit—balancing exploration, combat, and defense in a tightly tuned cooperative framework.
